Bali Impian Villa - Terms and Conditions

Rates :

- All rates area quoted in US dollars per night. Reservation is confirmed only upon deposit by bank transfer and/or US dollar cash. All bank charges must be bare by the client.
- Rates do not include breakfast, telephone, food & beverage.
- Rates do not include car and driver.

Reservation :

- The client send an inquiry or a confirmed booking in writing by email or fax to Bali Impian Villa. It is advised to check for availability prior to a confirmed booking.
- A deposit of 50% is required by bank transfer, or cash to confirm a reservation, which is confirm with a copy of the bank transfer by fax or email to Bali Impian Villa within 5 business days. If a deposit is not received in time it will result in the cancellation of your booking.
- Final payment is required at least 30 days (low season), 45 days (high season) prior the arrival by bank transfer or in cash (new USD notes are not acceptable).
- If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required to secure the booking.
- Check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 12 noon. Clients wishing to stay at the villa past 12 noons till 8 pm can pay half day ot the seasonal rental.

Cancellation :

- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 200 if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival (90 days for high season).
- Reservation cancelled less than 60 days (90 days for high season) prior to arrival is subject to forfeiture of deposit.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by Bali Impian Villas in writing.
- Final payment are non refundable.

Staff and Facilities :

- Each villa provides daily services with hand wash and washing machine laundry, dry cleaning or outside laundry service is not included in rental fee.
- Each villa provide a professional cook with a menu of international and local cuisine.
- English speaking manager to assist guest.
- Security guard.
- All bed linen, towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils, basic condiments and drinking water are provided. Normal house hold supplies such as toilet paper, soap and other cleaning product are included in the rental price and will be replenished as needed.

Damages and Loses :

- Client is responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order and in a clean condition. Client is responsible to pay for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. The owner and/or Bali Impian Villas reserve the right to repossess the villas if client or any member of the clients party causes excessive damage or nuisance or engages in lawful activites.

Number in Party :

- Party name, number of people in the party (Adults-Couples/Children ages), arrival and departure time information, gross net prices are required upon making a booking reservation with Bali Impian Villas. Person staying in the villas should not exceed from the maximum capacity of the villa. Baby cots, high chair or child car seats are available through Bali Impian Villas if required.

Limitation of Liability :

- By confirming a booking with Bali Impian Villas, client acknowledge and agree that the owners of villa and Bali Impian Villas are not liable to the client or any other guest of the property for injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the villas use by the clients or guests.
- The owner or Bali Impian Villas also has no liability to the client or guest for loss or damage to personal belongings, car and its contents of the client or guest while staying at the villas.
